ST film review crossing OB markers?

BY SEAN LIM

A film review on “7 days in Entebbe”. According to the review, part of the film humanises the persona of the terrorists involved in the 1976 Israeli commando raid at Entebbe Airport, Uganda.
“Extremists are not monsters, nor are they inhuman. They are friends, neighbours and relatives with a void in their souls, and are filling it with a cause they are willing to die for”
Quite surprised that this movie was even allowed in the first place, if like what ST reviewer John Lui said, the film has a “note of subversion”. In this current climate of international terrorism and all, was it wise to allow this movie pass the censors?
& let’s not even mention about it being featured in ST’s Life section.
But then again, I have yet to watch the movie, so (hopefully) I am wrong to judge that this has crossed OB markers.
